All memberships are billed monthly, except for the Corporate Membership, which requires annual payment in advance. Cart operators must hold a valid license. A $100+tax application fee applies to all memberships except Junior and Southwood Society memberships. Membership dues and applicable fees are subject to Florida sales tax and Leon County discretionary sales surtax, as required by law. All memberships require a minimum commitment of six months. Membership at Southwood Golf Club is subject to availability and is not guaranteed. Submission of a membership application does not constitute acceptance or approval of membership. Once an application has been reviewed and approved, the Director of Membership & Marketing will contact the applicant to review and execute the Membership Agreement and to collect the required registration fee along with the prorated first month’s membership dues, or the applicable annual fee for Corporate Memberships. Southwood Golf Club reserves the right to modify, suspend, or change membership categories, benefits, dues, and policies at any time, with or without notice.
