All memberships are billed monthly, except for Corporate Memberships, which require annual payment in advance. All golf cart operators must meet and comply with all applicable requirements under Florida law. A one-time, non-refundable initiation fee applies to new golf memberships and varies by membership category. Social Memberships are not subject to an initiation fee; instead, a one-time, non-refundable $50 registration fee applies. All initiation fees, registration fees, membership dues, and other applicable charges are subject to Florida sales tax and Leon County discretionary sales surtax, as required by law. All memberships require a minimum six-month commitment unless otherwise specified. Membership at Southwood Golf Club is subject to availability and approval and is not guaranteed. Submission of a membership application does not constitute acceptance or approval of membership. Membership is not considered active until the application has been approved, all required fees and initial dues have been paid, and the applicable Southwood Golf Club Membership Agreement has been signed and executed. Membership benefits, privileges, restrictions, and eligibility requirements vary by membership category. Information provided on this website is intended as a general summary of membership offerings.
